Mail on your computer and phone

Any mail client that speaks IMAP will work — Apple Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird, the mail app on your phone. There is nothing to install.

Incoming   IMAP    mail.totuldigital.ro   port 993   SSL/TLS
Outgoing   SMTP    mail.totuldigital.ro   port 587   STARTTLS
           or                             port 465   SSL/TLS
Username   your full address, e.g. ana@example.com
Password   your mailbox password

Use your full email address as the username, not just the part before the @. That is the single most common reason a client refuses to connect.

A shared address such as contact@ or sales@ is opened from inside Cloud Office, not added as a second account in your mail client. Whoever has been granted access sees it in the sidebar.
