IN BRIEF

The short version

No spam, no malware, no attacks, no illegal content. If something harms other customers we stop it first and talk to you straight after.

SECTION 01.00PROHIBITED

1. Prohibited content and activity

  • Illegal content where you are, where your users are, or in France where the Services run.
  • Child sexual abuse material, which we report to the authorities.
  • Malware, phishing pages, credential harvesting or deceptive content.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Harassment, threats or incitement to violence.
SECTION 02.00MAIL

2. Mail

  • No unsolicited bulk or commercial mail, and no purchased or scraped address lists.
  • Bulk mail you are allowed to send must carry a working unsubscribe and honour it.
  • Do not forge headers or sender addresses you are not authorised to use.
  • We rate-limit outbound mail. Sending that harms the reputation of our mail server harms every customer, so we will suspend sending before that happens and tell you why.
SECTION 03.00NETWORK

3. Networks and systems

  • No attacks, scanning, or exploitation of systems you are not authorised to test.
  • No denial-of-service, traffic amplification or open proxies and relays.
  • No cryptocurrency mining on VPS or other Services.
  • No attempts to access other customers' data or to bypass limits and security controls.
SECTION 04.00RESOURCES

4. Fair use of resources

Shared resources such as CPU, disk and bandwidth must be used reasonably. If your use degrades the Services for others we will contact you and may limit it.

SECTION 05.00ENFORCEMENT

5. Enforcement

We contact you first unless the problem is actively harming others, in which case we suspend the affected Service and then contact you. Repeated or deliberate breach entitles us to terminate. Report abuse to security@totuldigital.com.
