Zero Data Brokers
We do not sell or analyse your behaviour. No advertising or tracking pixels are embedded in any page.
No analytics at all
We run no analytics, not even self-hosted ones. Our web server keeps ordinary request logs (including IP address) for up to 30 days to fix faults and stop abuse.
Session cookies only
Sessions are held in HttpOnly cookies, which page scripts cannot read, marked Secure and SameSite=Lax. Pages load fonts from Google and a styling script from Tailwind's CDN; your browser contacts them directly and they set no cookies.
Your choices
Only strictly necessary cookies exist, so there is nothing to opt in to and no consent banner. The switches below show each category and its state; the optional ones are off because nothing in them is used.

Statutory Compliance Under EU Law
Under Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy Directive) Article 5(3) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) Article 6(1)(f), strictly necessary cookies are deployed on the basis of legitimate interest to deliver technical security and contracted sovereign cloud services requested directly by the subscriber.
For optional functional preferences and aggregate telemetry, our processing mechanism rests strictly on GDPR Article 6(1)(a) — freely given, specific, and unambiguous consent. In compliance with European Data Protection Board (EDPB) guidelines:
- We do not employ pre-ticked consent checkboxes or deceptive dark patterns.
- Access to core TotulDigital portal services is never conditioned on accepting optional tracking (no "cookie walls").
- You may revoke or adapt your consent at any time via the live console above without degrading security parameters.
